Production Switchers

Massive Release full of features and improvements for the entire Ultra Family of Carbonite switchers!

This includes the Ultra, Ultrix Carbonite and Ultra 60 switchers! All 3 engines are now on the same version sharing many new upgrades and bug fixes.

The list is big so please refer to the release notes for your engine on the download page!

With all 3 on the same version of software Memories and Custom Controls will move between them with fewer changes required!

Don't forget to use the Import / Export function in DashBoard to download and upload from any USB Drive connected to the PC / TD panel running the GUI.

As always -- Save your show file to USB before upgrading and make sure to give yourself enough time to run through all your Memories and Custom Controls incase you need to edit them!

TouchDrive 3.1 has released supporting the All New TDx Series Panels!

The TDx3 and TDx4 have add to the TouchDrive Family increasing the Family to 9 Panels to pick from!

Downloads for the Intel Qseven and the AMD Ryzen are available. The Version of processor can be located in DashBoard under the STATUS page of the TD Panel Node.

Adding Support for the All New TDx Series Panels including the TDx3 and TDx4!

This new panel series includes all new Crosspoint side Modules adding Dual Delegation Rows for use with Buses / Keyers / Memories / Custom Controls and More!!

These buttons are mounted on top of a screen giving them independent and dedicated labels for the function currently assigned!

The All New SDxE - Software Defined xRossCompute Engine is also supported with version 14.

This New Blade includes Intel CPU, nVidia Graphics and a massive UltraScale+ FPGA with HBM Memory!

This new platform will enable multiple "applications" to harness the compute requirements and process video!

The first application with version 14 is the HD and UHD 3D DVE with Warp Engines!

8 HD Channels or 4 UHD Channels of Video + Alpha (that is right a single channel can now Fly a Box or a graphics Source that also has a Key channel input).

4 HD Warp Engines or 1 UHD Warp Engine which can apply curvilinear effects to the 3D Channel processing paths. These effects include Heart (kiss cam Favorite!), Lens Flare, Magnify, Melt, Obscure, Old Film, Page Roll/Turn, Pixie Dust, Ripple, Split and Stretch!

For RossTalk and the Clip/VTR subtype additional commands have been added based on requests!

Acuity ACU-4 and ACU-8 Systems have a New Release!

Version 9.2p includes Bug fixes and small rollup of the general release. The Upgrade Notes and Software Release History Notes cover all of the items that were addressed.

Highly recommended that you take the opportunity to upgrade to this version of Acuity when time allows. Always double check your memories and custom controls once complete and adjust as required.

Version 6.4 has released for the Graphite Platform!

This supports both the 4RU Rack Mount and PPC Portable systems!

The updates include some new Features like:

-Ross Platform Manager support for Role Based Access Control

-SFTP support allowing the choice of disabling the standard FTP mode and only supporting the Secure FTP transfer modes (make sure TD Panels are running version 1.5 or greater!)

Since November Graphite Versions 6.2 / 6.3 and now 6.4 have released. The Rollup of Features and Bugs can be seen in the Release Notes History.

Also don't forget that the Graphite Simulator which can also be used to import and export show files for offline viewing/editing (note there is no Video Output Engine to see video) as well as the ability to convert Graphite Show Files into Ultra family file sets! 3.0.1 for Ryzen based Switchers

Resolves an issue for the TD3 and TD4 Flex Control Modules where they could have Initialization Errors.

All New Mosaic release on the Carbonite Ultra or Ultrix Carbonite Platforms. When licensed for Mosaic operation users can now switch from operation as a production switch to operation as a Mosaic Screen Compositing Processor.

Downloads include upgrade software for Ultrix Carbonite v7.1.8 and Ultra Mosaic v2.0. Place Both versions on the USB that is plugged into the SDPE Blade to be able to switch between these operating modes. Mosaic Licenses are required to operate the Mosaic Feature sets.

-Support for the Now Shipping TD3 and TD4 Panels. These include new Left Side Vertical Modules, 35 XPT Buttons, All new 30 Button LCD back FlexModules, new Dual Menu Control with 2 Screens and 6 Rotary Encoders, and New 6 Axis Joystick module with 15 Button Flex Module

-MADI Port is now enabled. Audio Mixer Faders can select from any of the 64 MADI channels to be used in Stereo or Mono modes.

-New Memory Touch Control! On the TD1C, TD1 and TD2 panels that don't have dedicated memory keypads the only option for storing or updating memories was to use the DashBoard GUI. All new Function Controls were added to the Delegation Row when Memory Bank is selected. See the Upgrade Notes for details and an Image!

TouchDrive v3 is here and includes support for the All New TD3 and TD4 Control panels!

v3.0 was validated against the Ultra60 version 8.2 and Ultrix Acuity Version 13.0 which are also required for TD3 and TD4 operation!

Ultrix Carbonite upgrade now available.

REF B now supported on Ultrix frames running version 5.1.5 or newer.

The RAVE Audio Breakout Units have a new software release for supporting the All new 12G capable versions.

Support for UHD in 23.98 and 24 was added with v5.1.2

A bug was resolved where the 12G ABU may not pass Video out on the SDI1 Output in some cases.

This new TD versions includes fixes for Ryzen CPU based TD panels and a possible error to boot due to SSD firmware.

For Q7 CPU based TD Panels this version will expand a file size limit for Future versions of TD upgrades.
