I think it will be best to open a ticket with support and that way we also need to get Logs uploaded to them when you are missing shots.

This can be done by phone or even clicking on open a ticket. Pulling the logs just after you try to find a shot that is missing will be what is needed to start looking into it.

Hey all!
I use an Acuity switcher and Cambots through SmartShell. When trying to make a Custom Control to recall a named shot, I'm finding that the list of camera shots that are within the Acuity aren't complete. It only displays somewhere around half of the camera shots that exist within our SmartShell program. No trouble recalling the shots with an Overdrive code, but the one I am trying to make a CC for doesn't appear in the list. Thoughts? Is there a way to force the Acuity to ping the Smartshell to refresh the list? Thanks!
