DVE Boxes should use the PST PATT key type and then that way you only use 1 DVE per Box. You can also turn on a second channel via the menu in a PST PATT key doing DVEs .. thus you can build 2 boxes in a single keyer.

Im having an issue with acuity keyer settings changing any time a new source is delegated to it. It doesn't seem to matter if key mem is on or off, the keyer will always revert to a setting that is not fit for what I'm building (splits, boxes, etc). I'm looking for suggestions on the correct key type and any other settings needed to key my DVE boxes, and prevent those settings from changing when I change a source assignment. I tried reentering aclean M/E PGM and PST to avoid changing the key source, but could not figure out the bus links and key assignments to avoid feedback. This may be a simple setting I'm missing as I'm new to acuity, with most my experience on other switchers.
