This morning, I pulled Switcher Frame logs from our Acuity (4800 frame, not Ultrix-Acuity) and I realized I can't find any events referring to on-air XPTs, inputs, CCs run, or anything like what's in a Carbonite Ultra log.
I pulled panel logs and saw more of the same.
Am I looking in the wrong place, or maybe there's a log level setting I'm not seeing? I checked Switcher Setup>Personality and didn't see the Log Level option described in the manual. We're running version 9.2g.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm mainly trying to figure out how many times a CC ran in a given time period.
