I would suggest opening a ticket with Tech Support and then they can work to trouble shoot it with you. They can also pull the logs and then the Field Service team can look through to see what is what... TS might also be able to SSH into the system and delete the files from command line access.

Hey all, having an issue on two separate Acuity switchers with deleting directories from the MediaStore. After using the Delete All function in the folder I want to delete, it is still giving me an error stating that the folder cannot be deleted with files or directories still inside. Looking at the directories from the panel and via FTP, they are totally empty. I've tried restarting the panel, resetting the MediaStore permissions via the web interface, deleting via the panel and via FTP, and clearing the media cache. I can however create new folders and delete them without issue. Switcher version is 9.1i on both. Any ideas on how to proceed?
