Hello all,

I'm new to using DashBoard, and we're purchasing XPression Tessera for our new screens.

I was wondering if DashBoard supports PTZ control for AIDA PTZ cameras?

Hi Jim, 

If the model of AIDA PTZ supports VISCA protocol, developed by Sony, then I'm sure we have a few options. Beyond that it would need to be a protocol that is open enough for development.

Using VISCA, you may be able to purchase an off-the-shelf PTZ camera panel that is built to support this protocol.
