  • 1.  AMP Playout works on all effects on ME1, only some on ME2

    We are using AMP to control playback on our system.  When using the Players in ME1 with various effects, the video playout works every time.  When using identical effects (which may be copies, but I cannot be sure) on ME2, some of the effects will roll video, others will not.

    Any suggestions on what we should be checking on our end.  According to our AMP device, we do not see the play command come in at all on these instances.

    I would need to see how the Custom Controls are built -- if they are relying on the "roll clip" function and that is not enabled on each ME .. or if it's being done in a way that the ME does not see a tally state change then maybe taking the reliance on Roll Clip out of use and instead inserting the direct Play actions.
