Hello all.  Thank you in advance for any help with this...

I attached a project in case it helps with my issue.  

I want to animate a L3 topic bar with a moving video as a box behind the text.  From there I want to animate a L3 Name with the same box but it's on a different layer.  It worked for me with an former video box, but I've been asked to use a new video box with a loop. I tried using transition logic and adding scene triggers (which worked for me before) but I'm stumped with this one.  If anyone could look at this and tell me what I'm doing wrong I would greatly appreciate it.

I have the scenes broken up into "Old Project" and "New Project".  Let me know if you need more information.  Thank you.
