What version are you on Software wise? (in DashBoard use the Menu Navigation - Status menu)
Could you upload your memories/Custom Controls and tell us which ones to trigger between to see what your doing?

Greetings everyone. This is my first post on this forum so apologies if I haven't formatted things properly.
We've been utilizing DVE Keys with memories so that we can animate the keys position. I'm attempting to build a more advanced look where the keys not only move, but also have a soft edge that move with the key. I'd also like this edge to be able to move and change in softness to reveal more of the key as it moves. To get this soft edge I am using the Box Mask and I have one side cropped with softness applied. Unfortunately it appears that the crop and softness are not able to be animated. When recalling the memory the Box Mask crop and softness values snap into their stored values whereas the other attributes transition gracefully over time as expected. For context this is on a Carbonite Ultra.
Is this just a limitation of the box mask or do I have something misconfigured?
