  • 1.  Ask about upgrading Ultra 60 from HD to UHD.

    I want to know something about the Ultra 60.

    If I upgrade Ultra 60 from HD to UHD, will there be any specific changes?

    For example, will the number of M/E be reduced, or will the available keys be limited?

    And do I need a separate license to upgrade to UHD?

    Hi Mr Han,

    Thank you for your enquiry on the Carbonite Ultra 60. There will be 2 UHD modes, and depending on which mode the Carbonite Ultra 60 is in, the switcher resources will be different. Please refer to the attached image for more information.

    Hi Mr Han,

    I am sorry, I forgot to answer the second part.

    UHD modes do not require a license. For example, a 1ME Carbonite Ultra 60 in HD will also be 1ME in UHD.

    But depending on the number of MEs needed, ME licenses are required.
