When we see "Unknown Vid Mode", it is commonly due to incorrect cable connections, or a bad/loose cable. In some cases, it may require a software reflash/upgrade.
As you have double-checked your cable connections, we may rule out the first reason for now. So I would try swapping out the cables as the next step. If this does not resolve the issue, I would write to technical support (techsupport@rossvideo.com) to help troubleshoot and advise further.
