Production Switchers

We are currently using a Carbonite Black Solo 13 to mix for our church live streams being sent to a Resi encoder. When our service is ending, I currently switch to a static image (sourced from our computer using ProPresenter) and then after 15 seconds fade to black. What I'm wondering is, is there a way on the video mixer that I can also do a fade out of the audio when I fade to black? Could I set the entire sequence up on a Custom Control? If so, how do I accomplish that?

The Solo does not have an audio mixer in it to do it internally. 

if you have an audio mixer with the ability to take a GPI trigger and recall an effect that will fade the audio that is the only thing I can think of.
