Production Switchers

I am trying to route the AES audio output from a Soundcraft Si Expression mixing console into the embedded card MUX-8258-B-R2B. However, I am encountering an issue where the audio is not being detected, and I receive the error message "Audio AES Status Input Not Present." I'm unsure of the cause of this issue and would appreciate any advice on troubleshooting steps or settings that I might need to check. Has anyone faced a similar problem or have suggestions for resolving this? Thank you in advance for any help or insights you can provide. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I would open a ticket and share this info with them -- also probably supply them the Pinout and connections you have made on both ends (ie the Audio mixer output / connector type and pinout plus the MUX connection port and which pins from the mixer are on which pins of the connector.).
