  • 1.  Black Solo multiview flicker

    Hello,
    I'don't know if this issue has come up before, I could not find anything.
    On the multiview output I have a strange flickering on the lowest one or two lines. I have seen this on two black solos now and a colleague mentioned that his black solo does the same. Is this a known issue and is there any way to solve it?

    This does sound a bit strange and is not something that I would expect. May I suggest that you either call or email our excellent TechSupport@rossvideo.com Team. It may be a software issue but it is definitely something that we would like to know about.

    We've seen this behavior on our Carbonite Black Plus 12G frames. Integrators told us during installation that it was a known issue.

    I've found a workaround that produces decent results. (1) Switching the offending multi-viewer to the "1x1" configuration, then (2) switching it right back to your preferred layout settings typically stops the flicker. Though a few lines of frozen video from the "1x1" layout still remain, the flicker usually stops. I've attached before and after videos.
