Reason for the problem found.
Someone plugged in an active USB-C Dock, but say nothing when he saw that the server not starts. 🤬🤬🤬
I hope that this has not damaged anything.
So back to after-sales service.

Hi Garner!
We have Tesseras SEs
We have processors through DAK we actually haven't looked there yet thats a great idea.
We do have a monitor/KVM connected at all times
We don't switch from SDI/2110, we add a virtural output in the hardware settings in XPression.
Thank you!

Theses are Tessera Nodes or Tessera SEs?
Do you have a processor between the XPression and the board? Can you tell if the green flash is direct for XPression or after the processor?
Do your XPression systems have a monitor/KVM connected at ALL times?
What is your process to switch from SDI/2110 outputs to virtual for testing?

Subject: Board Flash Green when Using Virtual Output
This is more of a general curiosity, when we use a virtual output to text scenes at our venues when we can't output to the boards for events that aren't using them, the boards will flash green in a single corner of our fasica. It's always the same corner and it doesn't flash anywhere else. Is this just a quirk or something we can fix?
Thank you!
