Hi Jim,
There are a few questions that I would like to ask,
- what version of software are you running in your Mira?
- is there some spare capacity on your machine?
- are the Clips / Events which can no longer be played back, visible and selectable (for playback) in the Mira Explorer? If not, then this could be because Mira is set to the wrong Video standard for these clips - the Video Standard can be set in the Engineering Set up - do please check this.
- are you able to start up a 'New Replay Event' and get that recording?
- have you had any of our TechSupport@rossvideo.com team remote connect to your machine via TeamViewer ? - it would help us to identify what is at fault
