  • 1.  Cannot Access Tria+ 'explorer' window in Dashboard

    Hello,

    So I am unable to open the Tria+ 'explorer' window in dashboard on a different PC (on the same network). Dashboard is able to detect Tria. And the drop down just shows 'Abekas' - it has no more drop downs (like Replay, Explorer). (image below)



    These options open on the dashboard that is located on the same computer as Tria but not accessible from dashboard on other computers in the same network. 



    Please help me.

    Hi Jonathan,
    It seems to me that the remote computer DashBoard is not correctly connecting to your TRIA+. This is because TRIA+ appears within the panel Dropdown in DashBoard.
    I would suggest that you go back to re-initialise the connection of TRIA+ to your DashBoard;
    - Click the + button
    - Select 'Manually Connect"
    - Enter the IP address of your TRIA+ and then click on 'Detect'
    I hope that you will then see that DashBoard correctly identifies your TRIA+. -> add this to your DashBoard and you should then see the TRIA+ correctly added with the Explorer DashBoard panel etc.

    Good day, all. It may also be that the Abekas OGP Service is either not installed, or is an older version. You can learn more about downloading and installing the latest version of the OGP Service on the Support section of our website. (https://help.rossvideo.com/tria/Topics/DashBoard/OGP/OGP-Service.html). You should also be sure the correct Port number is being entered (JSON 5254) when setting up the connection from DashBoard to Tria+.

    Hi Raphael,

    So when I type in the IP address and select detect, it correctly picks it as 'AbekasMira' but the address then automatically changes to secondary network that is connected to Tria+. 

    For context, the Tria server has to wired networks connected to it.

    Just an update, after disabling the secondary network, when I select detect, it chooses the right IP address, but the Tree View still does not populate. 
    I had also created a custom view of the 'Explorer' on my carbonite. It is visible on the dashboard that is on the Tria. But on the dashboard of my remote computer, the custom view has an error that says - AbekasMira slot 0'

    Hope this makes sense.
