they should. RossTalk has not changed from those events.

Thanks for this. As long as the upgrade doesn't fail, should my existing Ross Talk settings from Crestron still work?

The Black page is also for the older ones as well ... they share the same version 15.6 files..
https://www.rossvideo.com/support/legacy-product-resources/carbonite/
Scroll down past the Black frame downloads (those have extra files that don't run on carbonite frames) and you will find the non black frames.

Thanks, Les. Yes, it seems maintenance has been ignored for over a decade at my workplace. We are upgrading in a year, but until then, I am hoping to make some changes. The concern I have with upgrading is that we have a Crestron system that triggers changes to our Carbonite multiview -- I would hope to maintain settings to ensure the connection remains.
I am open to attempting the upgrade, but after looking through the legacy support materials, I'm not sure if I am in the right place. How do I find out my exact Carbonite model? All I see in the legacy section from the 2012 era are CrossOver and Carbonite Black models -- neither of which look like the system I have.
If upgrading isn't possible, I am at least looking to access the correct manual for my panel and Carbonite, which is proving to be a challenge.

That version is so old it never had the configuration menu. (version 6 is from about 12 years ago)
You will need to perform an upgrade to a newer version.
Current version is 15.6
You might need to make incremental steps.. or if your okay with setting everything up again you could just jump all the way to 15.6 and start fresh.

The switcher software is 6.2.0.7650. I have attempted to connect to the switcher using Dashboard versions 5.1.0 and 9.10.3. In both instances, the software cannot automatically detect the switcher, I get a "No frames could be found" message. So, I just click "finish" in the TCP/IP manual connection, and only get the "status" and "view assist" modules.

Mark, the 4801AR-222-05 is a legacy Carbonite panel that does not communicate via IP its serial only.

I have an older Ross Carbonite (2012 - 2014) and although I can add the device to Dashboard, I am not able to locate/access the configuration menu mentioned here to change the mapping of external inputs: https://help.rossvideo.com/carbonite-01/Tasks/Setup/Video/Input-Setup_Ext.html
I know I have the Carbonite box and additional frames added to Dashboard, but am I required to connect the panel (4801AR-222-05) as well? If yes, how would I find out the IP address for that?
