  • 1.  Can't see full clip list in switcher using AMP

    Hi!

    We purchased 2 Mira Tria+ boxes and we have mapped them to our Grass Valley switcher. 
    Both boxes are talking to the switcher and can be controlled via AMP. 
    When I select the first box in the device list I am allowed to see every clip in the video folder, as I should. 
    But when I select the second box to control, I can only see the first clip in the list. I can see the folder tree but when I select a folder it only shows me one clip in the list. 

    We can't figure out why one box would show us the full clip list but another seemingly identical box would not. Anyone encounter this before?

    Hi Tim,

    Can you see the clip list in the Clip Library when you select "Cuable Local" ?

    That might be a format issue.

    If you want to send me an email, I can remote in later to take a look.

    Thanks for the help fixing our Mira! For anyone experiencing similar issues, in the configuration tool under the RS422 tab at the very botttom is a check box labeled "allow playlist control". That box did not need to be checked in old software but the newer versions need that box checked.
