    Hi!

    I am wondering if there is anyone that has any experience in connecting a  Carbonite 4802AR-202-01 Frame to a Touchdrive TD1C?

    Firmware version for the Frame (15.6.1.19113)

    Yes as per the release history document for the Carbonite this was added in version 15.0.3.18589

    Hi!

    I've now updated the TD1C panel to 3.1.0 b 532 and the switcher frame to15.6.1.19113

    The TD panel still won't connect to the frame. Am I connecting it to the wrong port? (Port1) the IPs are in the same range and the TD panel Dashboard can see the switcher…

    You will need at least 15.6.4 for the new Ryzen based panels on the Classic Carbonite Frames.
