    If my users are doing a multi-box effect, which video source will provide the captions for the stream?  Can I configure that so a specific box provides the captions if available?

    Anciliary Data source is from the BKGD bus of the ME.

    Les,

    if using the P/P bus, the system should pass Ancillary Data from the PGM bus, correct?  We're not seeing that here at the moment and it's a bit of a problem for us.

    The Source on the BKGD Bus of the ME is what should be showing up on the output of the ME.

    There is a setting in the Config / System / Global for setting pass or Strip of Anc Data.

    Note any FSFC that is assigned to an input is going to Strip the ANC Data and that includes the CC.
