  • 1.  Carbonite in UHD mode

    Hi,

    We've been using the Carbonite Ultra in HD mode for about three years now, and so far, we are very happy with the equipment.

    We now have the need to broadcast some sports events in UHD, which means we need to handle UHD inputs alongside HD inputs, as well as require both UHD and HD outputs.

    Is this possible with the CUF-ADD-I/OPLUS option enabled?

    How many HD inputs can be upscaled to UHD?

    With the CUF-ADD-I/OPLUS option when in UHD:

    7 Inputs can be upconverted from HD to UHD.
    4 Outputs can be down converted from UHD to HD

    7 Proc Amps and Colour Correctors that you assign to Inputs or Outputs -- independent from what you do with your FSFCs.
