  • 1.  Carbonite Solo 9 specs and update

    Hello to everyone,

    I have a "carbonite solo 9" remaining, formerly used to host a Viewcontrol position, hasn't been used for years.

    It's a 1RU carbonite Solo, no panel associated.

    Is it a carbonite Black? I can't tell (Engine type: Carbonite Solo 9).

    First of all, I'd like to update the firware (software version). At the moment I'm running under v2.0.0.17249

    Is this switcher frame compatible with Software version 15.6 of carbonite?

    Then, when I'll get the up to date version, I'd like to know if my Carbonite solo Multiviewer would be able to:

    _ Make a timer countdown ( for now I can just display system time or timecode)

    _ Display audio meters

    _ (bonus: display a standalone audio meter).

    The latest version is 2.0.4 that can be downloaded there.

    The features you are inquiring about are not available on the the unit you have.  count down timer is on the ultra series.  And also currently no carbonite has audio meters in the multiviewers.
