I have a Carbonite switcher, and the problem is that when I upload its firmware (version 13.2), it powers on in the default format 1080i59 - but there's no input or output signal.
When I change the video format from the default 1080i59 to any other format, the switcher freezes (hangs) and stops working until I re-upload the firmware.
If anyone has faced this issue or knows the solution, please help me.
