  • 1.  Carbonite ultra 60 with touch Drive re-setting on set load

    Hi All.

    Switcher does a panel re-set intermittently with a switcher set load. Touch drive screen stays on and active.

    Panel goes blank/off, then after 10 seconds(approx.) re-sets and goes thru a full button check then on and working.

    Please open a ticket and provide the logs and the Sets that are causing this.  That can then be sent to development to review what is taking place.
