  • 1.  Carbonite Ultra Configuration Panel not locating device after 9.2.1 Update

    Currently I have just updated my Ross Carbonite Ultra Switcher from 7.0.0 to 9.2.1 and I have control of it but in Dashboard, the Personality, Media Manager and View control aren't able to locate device. I went through the Ross website AI chat and it suggested to change my Pre-Authorized connection, which I did and then I lost control of my device through my Configuration window as well. What should I do?
