  • 1.  Carbonite Ultra - Cueing black instead of shot built

    Hello, we are experiencing an issue with our switcher, where it's cueing up black instead of the shot built in the playlist. The problem was happening occasionally, but we rebooted today and it appears to be happening more often now. Anyone experience this issue before?

    Hi Brett,

    We will need some more information as to what exactly is supposed to be happening with the shot.  Is this an OverDrive controlled unit?  is it specific shots so using the same memory?

    When this happens is it possible to get the Logs and the Show File exported and sent to support with the instructions as to the steps and memories used.
