  • 1.  Carbonite Ultra Mini ME 3 Not Showing DVE Key

    Hi, So I just got a Carbonite Ultra, Unfortunately Trainings are back up and I'm having to learn on my own due to an event next week.  I am using a 3 Mini M/E Canvas,  At Mini M/E level I can get a DVE key on Mini M/Es 1 and 2 but Mini 3 is showing that there is a dve key on but I see nothing on the screen. I thought maybe I moved it off the screen but after moving things around it is still not on the screen.  I am able to see a dve key on all of the M/e and Mini M/E accept 3.  Help please

    Please post a screen shot of the STATUS menu from DashBoard and Also from the Canvas Config Screen.

    And also maybe an Image or even Power Point Mock up of what your trying to achieve on screen.
