This does sound unusual. May I ask if you have updated software on either the TouchDrive control panel or the Carbonite Ultra frame. It would be worth updating these to the latest versions of software when you have some time - please do not do this when you are close to going OnAir or when you are going to need the system.

We are currently using the Carbonite Ultra Switcher with the TouchDrive panel, and we typically leave it on all the time without any issues. However, lately, we've noticed that when we come in the morning, the panel lights are on and flashing, but the panel won't wake up; it appears to be stuck in sleep mode. Moving the lever or pressing any buttons does not seem to revive it. The only way to resolve the issue is to turn off the panel from the back, which reboots everything properly. This problem has occurred about 10 times now. It's not happening daily, but we've definitely observed a pattern. Do you have any suggestions on why this might be happening?
