if you have available inputs on the Ultra ... and a Framesync on the ultra you could Loop video back into it -- use the Frame Sync Delay mode and add some frames of delay with it then output again from the switcher to the destination that needs delay.

You are going to need to add delay then after the switcher but before the destination(s) that require it to match up the audio delay.

Hey thank you so much for the reply. The video is ahead of the audio. Where would i apply the delay for that?

Anything in a Frame Sync will have 1 Frame of delay applied to that source. However the Camera Chain it's self could have inherent delay -- ie a Mic to a console to a speaker looking at a Camera through a switcher could see that the audio is out of sync because from lens to sensor to output could be 3 or 5 frames...
Switcher it's self is less than 1 line of video processing delay ( except for a source in a FS which has 1 frame of delay or a Source inside a DVE which has 1 frame of delay).
You first need to figure out which way is your delay issue --- is the Audio Ahead of the Video or is the Video ahead of the audio. Then apply the delay in the correct place to get them in sync.
with multiple destinations / paths and processing this may require different solutions for each.
