  • 1.  Carbonite+ upgrade to 15.5.3

    Hello,

    I'm trying to upgrade our legacy Carbonite+ to the latest version 15.5.3 but after the "copying file" I get a message "invalid checksum" and the switcher reboots.
    The current version is 12.4.0.16889 and I have downloaded the version that says that supports Carbonite+.
    Any suggestions?

    That would make it seem like the download might have been corrupted.. maybe try downloading it again and extracting it from the zip.  Also maybe try another USB drive.
