Wondering if anyone has any insight into how to change the font for things like distance measurements in Piero. I'm using the American Football Broadcast version. I feel like I remember that capability being mentioned during our training, but can't remember how for the life of me.

Under the Settings tab, in General - you'll see the font dropdown box to select which one you require.

PIERO accepts .ttf fonts and they can be added to the font folder within the PIERO folder structure, they'll appear the next time you start PIERO.
