  • 1.  Change Mnemonic name on TouchDrive via RossTalk without changing the Color/Label

    Hi there

    We updated from our old Carbonite Black Production Switcher to a brand new Carbonite Ultra 60 with a TDx3 Panel

    Using 2 Voyager servers but 3 cams, we use RossTalk from Voyager to rename the switcher's source, so the operator can keep track of the camera assigned to Voyager. Unfortunately, as soon the RossTalk command changes the Mnemonic name, the design of the Mnemonic falls back to the default blue color and SDI connector icon.
    Is there a way to change the Mnemonic name of a source via RossTalk without resetting the TDx3's advanced source color & label?
    There was no issue on the old panel (with only 3 colors and 3 sizes).

    This sounds like it's a bug :)

    I will see that it gets logged and tracked for getting fixed.
