Got it -
So, the working example is building a 4-box in Scene 1 and a 3-box in Scene 2. I use internal Auxes as the source and assign video sources to those auxes.
What it looks like I'll have to do is build the 4 box in one scene, the 3-box in another. Then save that as one Scene Mem.
Then, if I want to clear the 4-box but keep the 3-box, I'll have to change the layer pairs in scene 1 to auto key and turn them off. Keep Scene 2 as is.
Save that as another Scene Mem.
Finally, to "clear the board" of all ultra scenes, save a scene mem that just has one layer pair, on auto, and not active.
Sound about right?

The Scene Recall / Store is an "ALL" there are no attributes or options for that..
Change the Key type to Auto Key on the Scene you don't want to change.
Also if you want granular recall without changing the layer pairs then you can just use the memory system and have the Scenes as inclusions. Then you can be granular.
