You could install another instance of Clip Store somewhere and sync your primary Clip Store to it (Clip Store is unlicensed so you can install it as many times as you like).
Or you could backup the database and storage folders, default installs on Ross hardware will put them here:
D:\ClipStore\Storage
C:\Program Files (x86)\XPression Clip Store
Backing up those folders would allow you to restore a ClipStore system (as long as the file paths stay the same).
