  • 1.  Configure cc109 with shift button with bank 1 bus1.

    We purchase the Ross Carbonite Ultra Solo UHD 4K and HD production switcher, by using the DashBoard software configure cc bank 1 with cc101 - cc108, how to configure cc109 with shift button with bank 1 bus 1 ? shift button is not working his when press the shift button light always on.

    I believe you need to move to bank 2 if you want to fire them with the Solo panel. The panel wont access any CC's beyond the first 8 from each bank. 

    You can fire CC's beyond # 8 in the Dashboard Shotbox screen or with a Streamdeck attached running "Companion" software.
