  • 1.  CONSTRAINING TEXT TO QUAD OBJECT BOUNDARIES

    Posted 07-01-2024 20:22

Hello all, I'm looking for a way to constrain my text to remain inside the boundaries of the quad object. I know there are many posts here asking the same thing. Also, Thanks to this community I was able to find help making sure the text is centered in my quad. But as my example shows, when I add more lines, my text does not remain inside the boundaries of the quad. So if I add LINE NINE (or more lines) the text needs to scale down. Is scripting the only way to accomplish this. I can't seem to figure out a way in VL... Right now my bounding box height is 504.

    Thank  you.

Thank you Roman! This works great. Can't wait to dig in and see if I can duplicate it. I wish XPression would implement a TEXT FIELD object so we could accomplish the same thing without scripting...

    Thanks again.
