Any controller should work as long as it follows VISCA protocols. We commonly sold PivotCam-20 with a MOXA NPort 5100A.

- Will any VISCA over IP controller do the trick?
- Are there specific manufacturers/models of controllers that PivotCam users recommend as user friendly (volunteer friendly/intuitive) especially in a fast-paced environment? (quick preset recall, controller sensitivity settings, etc)

Hello Wyatt, unfortunately the Panasonic AW-RP120 was never tested with the PivotCam-20 and is not supported. I have verified this with our Technical Support team and our R&D team. I wish I had a better answer for you.
