Production Switchers

Hello, we have a Ross Carbonite Ultra, and are running the black panels, we have a 2 ME panel, and a 1 ME panel connected, I'm trying to update some of the user buttons in the personality tab but in dashboard it only shows the 2 ME panel, am I doing something wrong, or is there something specific I need to do in order to get the 3rd panel to show up?

May I know the firmware version of your Carbonite Ultra? Starting from v5, satellite panels have their own ports. In page 2 of the attached Upgrade Notes, look for MultiPanel in DashBoard.

• Master Panel - 5253
• Satellite 1 - 5255
• Satellite 2 - 5256
• SoftPanel/Satellite 3 - 5257

To get your 1ME panel to show up in DashBoard, add a device with the Carbonite Ultra's IP address, but use port 5255 instead of the default 5253.
