Hi Robert,
1. For Ultrix Acuity, there is an SSD on the Acuity CPU that you can use to store your stills. Storage using the USB drive is optional.
2. To FTP to Ultrix Acuity to transfer media, you would use the Acuity CPU's IP address.

Subject: Copying Media Stills to USB from Vision Switcher
Hello. Thank you. I was able to FTP to the current frame. 2 questions now:
1. Do we need to keep a USB drive on the TDx3 for storing stills when dealing with Acuity and or Ultrix systems?
2. For the ftp address, are we using the frame, Acuity or panel IP?
Thanks

use an FTP client like Filezilla to connect to the Vision and download all of the media files. That will be the easiest way to do it.
you can use the same process as Acuity
