Hey Alain! Thanks for sending that over. It worked but for what we are trying to did it did not quite work BUT I was able to use the logic to start to fix my own.
We needed the clock to be over black so that when the clock is no longer visible, we can cut or bring that CG in, from black going into the video or commercial. When I added black background to your scene the clock was visible the whole time and I could not figure out how to fix it from your scene.
What I ended up doing was working on the logic. If the clock text is smaller than 2 then the visible attribute is not visible.
Clock Text -->> Smaller Than (2) -->> Clock Text Visible -->> NOT -->> Clock Text Visible
I'm just glad it works, but I will probably try to see if I can simplify this and use less expressions or better logic.
Thanks again for the help!

Try this. Widget with a 5 second (6 seconds in actuality) timer. I have a script in the default SD that repeats, looking for the value lesser than 2. If true, the scene goes offline. Just re-take the scene again, the clock resets and starts over.

Good catch on Visual Logic not working. I tried using VL and hide the object, but it appears the timer widget sorta locks the value and doesn't reset when on-line. The take offline though method should work for you.
