Just in case anyone is following. It turned out to be a loose cable in the unit that needed to be reseated. Since this is an all-in-one unit there is no additional BNC interface panel, it is all internal. Once cable was reseated, I then powered on and could see the unit booting up properly indicated by flashing internal lights and external network interface was also active. To open unit just need to remove top screws on the side to allow the control board to be lifted and exposing the internal board and internal network cables.
