we are looking to have a CC from dashboard trigger countdown timers in propresenter (so when CC is called and video is played from video server, a matching countdown can trigger on confidence monitors)
The triggers to PVS from a custom are working great, it's adding the API call to also trigger pro presenter. I'm fairly new to this ross ecosystem so apologies.
Ive create a custom panel in dashboard and added a button, I've gone through propresenter api and learned what my command is 'http://{ipaddress}:{port}/v1/macro/{macro name}/trigger' for me its http://gfxip:57643/v1/macro/timer1/trigger and this works from a web browser on the machine dashboard is running. I can ping both the graphics machine and our carbonate from the dashboard computer as well all the same 'production vlan'.
When creating a task in the custom panel button and saving and then triggering said button nothing happens. Is someone able to shed some light on where the hold up?
