  • 1.  Dashboard control of Christie Spyder

    We're going through a gear swapout and in the process our integrator has pulled our Christie Spyder out of one production network into another, with a new ip address, and now our Spyder dashboard control panel isn't working..the panel was setup years ago and I'm trying to figure out how to redirect the commands to the spyder's new home...pics attached if it'll help...

    Hi Lee, please look in the source tree of the panel for a tag called "lookup (it should be found inside of a "meta" tag near the top of the tree). Here, you should be able to find the entry for STADIUM.host and you can update it to the Spyder's new IP.
