We are not sure how you got a layout that had more than the standard softpanel layout.
What version is you Carbonite running? (dashboard / Status menu)

This weekend we accidentally ended up on a Dashboard panel that showed a view containing all of the m/e busses. There was an option to choose other layouts as well - single bus, the two mini m/e busses, and wide vs compact versions of some of these. It was really helpful to be able to see all the resources at once.
However, we've not had any luck figuring out how to get back to that view. This was Dashboard downloaded from the website last week and running on Linux, if that makes a difference.
