Subject: Dashboard software no longer seeing carbonite frame
I'm not sure who else might be dealing with this, but I have the 9.16 software for my Carbonite switcher and the Dashboard software is no longer registering communication with it. It stays on "Attempting to locate" then eventually it goes to just a full grey screen.. The left side where is says it's connected to the Carbonite switcher is green, but it only has a blank window when you click on it. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?
