I have several UltriScape head layouts using the border tally option for pips.  The system is driven by an Ultrix Acuity.

I would like to only use the red border tally for when a source is on air.

 How can I deactivate the green border tally that displays when the pip source is in Preview on the Acuity?

I am going to move this conversation over to the Acuity community so that we can get an answer quickly. There is no method to disable preview tally on the Ultriscape multiviewer. We would need to prevent Acuity from sendng it.

Hi Paul,
Your best bet is to send an email to technical support and ask for help. I spoke with them this morning and it is possible to disable the preview / green tally however unfortunately we don't have any documentation on how to do this yet.
