  • 1.  Desktop Preview Client not working

    Dear all

    I have a problem with the Desktop Preview Client.
    It all worked with the connection to the dashboard in the past, but now since a few days it does not function anymore.
    In the hardware setup the state switches between Active and Inactive.

    Has anyone an idea?

    I'm not really sure what preview client your talking about. I think getting in touch with Ross Techsupport might be a more appropriate course of action in this case.
