  • 1.  Device control and status update stop response on RMP

    Hi,  

    I am testing to control a Cobalt digital 9992 encoder via RPM v3.12 web interface.  I opened the card interface from device tree on RPM page.  The 
    RMP interface allows me to see the current status and select options of the card as in the dashboard in the beginning.  Once I select encoder 'running' option and press 'Apply' button, the interface will stop response.  I cannot select any options or get the updated status until I refresh the web page.  Same symptom is found after pressing 'Apply' with selecting 'stopping' option.  It seems the web interface will lose communication to the encoder card whenever I press the 'Apply' button until refresh the page.  At the same time, I can see the encoder card is working fine in Dashoard interface.

    Hi, can you please upload the techsupport.txt file generated from the "support" tab to give us a view of how the card is configured?

    We have a fix in place and it will be part of our upcoming RPM 3.13 release which is due out in early April.
