There is also a GPIO openGear card available that can either send RossTalk GPI messages or receive them. We have used this to integrate physical GPIO functionality into DashBoard panels many times.

Hey Shamil - A few ways to think about this...
1- If your switcher is a Ross switcher or some other switcher that can receive network triggers like Rosstalk, then you wouldn't need any external hardware and your Dashboard can send a simple TCP/IP command to do what you want.
2- If you want to use the physical GPIO board on a switcher to trigger macros, then I'd use something that converts TCP/IP to contact closures, such as this Global Cache device... https://a.co/d/1fwPEng . You could probably accomplish the same thing with a similar USB device, but I'm more hesitant to rely on USB in production.
Hope that helps!

Hi, there .
I would like to make a connection between DashBoard and a video switcher in order to send GPI from DashBoard to a switcher in order to trigger Macro action.
How it can be accomplished ?
is it possible to utilize USB to GPIO to do it ? if yes which device can be used ? is there any specific device for a mentioned situation ?
Thanks in advance.
